Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Anesthesiology in Eureka, CA

Specialty State CA Location 2675 Harris Street, Eureka, CA 95503 Requirements LOCUM- Pain Medicine Provider will work 2 days per week in the outpatient surgery center next door and 3 days per week in the clinic setting. All epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures are preformed at the surgery center. Active FLURO is required. We will look at candidates that have the temp fluro in hand, please ensure that documentation is uploaded.
