Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Obstetrics and Gynecology in Worcester, MA

Specialty OB/GYN State MA Location 123 Summer St, Worcester, MA 01608 Requirements Update on 8/16 - We need a locum to cover clinic and call regularly (not 2 wks on and 2 off) starting in November. We prefer someone local and with a MA license. Need to be board certified and they need to provide 3 peer references of people they have at least 6 months within the last 2 years. Candidates MUST have MA license, be able to work covering L & D in house for a busy OB Practice - 950 deliveries per year $500k or less in Malpractice claims - Must be willing to work in the office, very little call needed if anything. Monday – Friday in the outpatient clinic seeing follow ups, return OB, gyn and doing triage and seeing same day sick. Candidate must have recent OB experience PATIENT LOAD: 40 DELLIVERIES PER MONTH LEVEL OF NURSERY IS 2B HIGH RISK PROTOCOL: WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO UMASS HOSPITAL 1 MILE DOWN THE ROAD DEDICATED ANESTHESIA TEAM DEDICATED TO L&D 24 HOURS SUPPORT STAFF: WHOEVER IS IN THE UNIT AT THE TIME OF CALL.
