Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Radiology in North Carolina

Job Title: Radiologist Job Specialty: Interventional Radiology, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, General Radiology Job Duration: Ongoing Shift: Night 5x8-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: [Not specified] Experience: [Not specified] License: State license required (willing to license if the candidate has IMLC) Certifications: Board Certification required Must-Have: EPIC EMR, Meditech PACS, Change Healthcare (McKesson), Intelerad, PowerScribe One, RamSoft Worklist Manager Job Description: - Conduct and interpret routine imaging exams such as X-rays, CTs, and MRIs. - Supervise and assist in diagnostic and therapeutic fluoroscopy procedures (3-4/day). - Perform light interventional procedures such as image-guided biopsies, drainages, kyphoplasty, PICC line placements, paracentesis, and thoracentesis (5-6/day). - Specialize in breast imaging, including 3D and digital mammography, and breast ultrasounds; conduct stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsies. - Flexible schedule with preference for Monday through Friday; candidates available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday will be considered. - Radiology shifts available across various times: 12a-8a, 8a-5p, 12p-8p, 5p-1a (Monday-Sunday). - Credentialing timeframe is 4-6 weeks. - Interview process includes a name clearance with NPI and will offer based on a CV and completed modality checklist.
