Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details Registered Nurse position at MedStar Health - OLD CVOR RN - 40HRS - Days START DATE OPTIONS: 12/16 Must have Cerner Experience Skills Req: SCRUB/CIRCULATE, CVOR, Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular Surgery Cases, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Mitral valve replacement, Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery, Open heart surgery OR experience req'd, CVOR RN circulate and scrub heart and vascular cases, circulate only for structural heart cases 1-9 Cases per day Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity This facility requires that all employees have the Flu vaccine 2 Years Minimum Experience Required, Must have 1 prior travel assignment Job Requirements 2 Years Minimum Experience Required Must have 1 prior travel assignment Must have Cerner Experience Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity May come into contact with Covid Patients Schedule Information ON CALL: 2 Friday night 1630-0700 on call, 2 Saturday and 2 Sunday on call shifts 24 hour shifts and 4 weekday calls from 1630-0700 in a 6 week schedule Unit Specific Information CVOR Operates on cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery cases including but not limited to: Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Mitral valve replacement, Thrombectomy, Carotid endarectomy Circulate and scrub for cardiovascular cases, circulate only for structural heart cases
