The anticipated wage for this position is $63,000 - $180,400 The Bioanalytical Research Group (BAR) at Lilly Corporate Center in Indianapolis is seeking a skilled immunoassay scientist. The role involves developing innovative methods for assessing therapeutic peptides and small molecule drugs. The team collaborates with toxicology, PK/PD, Biotechnology Discovery Research, and various therapeutic areas to identify and characterize optimal drug candidates for clinical testing across multiple modalities. If you have experience in mass spectrometry, apply today and become part of the Lilly team Responsibilities: Develops, optimizes, and executes molecular biology and ligand binding assays to quantify biotherapeutic molecules in a wide variety of matrices; includes stock solution preparation, sample extraction, sample analysis and report writing Maintains research notebooks in a well-organized manner where all necessary documentation is recorded Works in the discovery space to provide quality and timely PK and exposure data to program teams Basic Requirements: BS or MS in biochemistry/molecular biology, bioengineering, biology, pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry or related subject area 3 years of relevant industry experience Additional Skills/Preferences: Experience with bioanalytical techniques such as ELISA. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong work planning, record keeping, and data analysis skills Experience with Hybridization ELISA, qPCR, and tissue preparation techniques would be beneficial.
