Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $57,750 - $129,800 Lilly Lebanon Plan 2 (LP2) is a new, cutting edge facility for the manufacture of new modalities including Gene Therapy. Located in Lebanon, Indiana, this facility will be Lilly’s most technically advanced manufacturing site focused on the delivery of the next wave of innovative products at Lilly. The site will include next-generation manufacturing technologies, advanced data collection and analysis platforms that will deliver improvements in safety and quality, and process performance. The Manufacturing Finance team member will initially support site readiness from a Finance perspective and will transition to be responsible for ongoing Planning, Forecasting & Reporting and cost accounting activities once the site is operational. Consider joining this dynamic team and be part of the Lilly story today Key Objectives: Provide finance support to the business Acting as a Business Partner to the business with advice and analysis for reporting, planning and throughout the Business Plan/Forecasting process. Operational readiness activities including work on asset capitalization. Support month end and year end processes, including preparation of journal entries. Establish the annual standard costs. Contribute in plan target setting processes and working on roadmaps to achieve plan/forecast. Leading key processes with financial control staff to ensure consistent financial data reporting, processes, and results. Understanding and reporting results, to drive financial insights to the key collaborators. Support/Influence site business needs Work closely with the business to ensure all financial standards are met. Building positive relationships with the business teams to provide effective support. Involvement in the facilitation of internal and external audits. Support local & global finance policies, goals and objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with Lilly’s Global Finance organization as well as counterparts at other Lilly sites. Ensure compliance with Lilly financial policies and procedures, and regulatory commitments. Minimum Requirements Bachelor degree preferably in Accounting or finance related area Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience with evidence of progression in responsibility. Additional Preferences Experience in cost accounting with the pharmaceutical or related industry Experience in capital accounting Proven ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and take proactive actions to achieve goals Independent decision maker with ability to influence diverse organizations, both internally and externally High proficiency in PC/IT skills (including Microsoft office skills) Strong teamwork, presentation, and interpersonal skills Other Information The position is onsite for the Lilly Lebanon (Indiana) – LP2 manufacturing site Domestic and international travel estimated at 0 - 10% annually Initial location may be at LTC-S in Indianapolis, IN.
