The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the company's diverse portfolio of AI and digital services, including AI software, wet-lab screening services, and patient data management, without mentioning specific product names. This role requires a high degree of decision-making and accountability, with a focus on generating revenue through various sales models. The VP will also be tasked with leading the US sales team, so experience in building and managing a team is essential. Candidates for the VP of Business Development role at the company should have a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD, preferably in a scientific or medical field, combined with a business, marketing, or communications degree, or equivalent experience. A strong network in the Pharma and Biotech industry, 7-10 years of relevant experience, and excellent presentation and listening skills are also required. Experience in tech, software engineering, or AI is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with the ability to collaborate with global commercial, marketing, and product development teams.
