Locum Physician Assistant (PA) - Internal Medicine in Virginia

A Geriatrics facility is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician Assistant for locum tenens coverage. The facilities are located in Buena Vista and Clifton Forge, VA. This ASAP position is for NPs or PAs, with a 30-60 day assignment, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. No on-call. Average patient load is 20-22 per day (3 per hour), primarily geriatric. Required certifications: VA license, DEA. Support staff includes LPNs, CNAs, and an MD who visits weekly. EMR: PointClickCare/Gerimed. COVID/flu vaccination may be required.
