Role Summary The Analyst, Ad Sales Finance for Peacock will support core ad sales finance processes for the rapidly growing Peacock streaming service, primarily owning consolidated weekly financial reporting for the Peacock ad sales business. The role will also assist with broader NBCU Digital portfolio reporting and analyses. This role will provide ongoing support to the Senior Manager and Director of Peacock ad sales finance, including: Ownership and improvement of Sales reporting and metric analysis Research drivers of key variances and trends Leverage best practices with peers to develop consistent processes Execute routine postmortem analyses and ad hoc requests Support the Sales, Planning, and Inventory teams on broader portfolio reporting and analysis including weekly cash reporting and sales channel demand tracking Support the Monthly and Quarterly Close process Gain in-depth knowledge of all Sales & Finance systems used for reporting (SAP, Salesforce, Business Intelligence, etc.) Develop expertise in digital and streaming ad market trends, growth, and competition Work cross-functionally with sales, strategy, planning, and inventory Bachelor’s degree Thorough knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Finance experience highly preferred Desired Characteristics: Analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail Exceptional work ethic with an eagerness to proactively help solve problems Team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work with key constituents (sales, planning, finance, accounting, etc.) Excellent organization and time/project management skills Demonstrates an interest and knowledge of media Eligibility Requirements Willingness to work overtime Must be willing to work in New York, NY Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
