More information: https://www.vinci-concessions.com/en/vinci-highways https://www.linkedin.com/company/vinci-highways/ VINCIConcess JOB PROFILE : Systems Analyst - Finance JOB LOCATION : Dallas, TX JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The ideal candidate will work closely with IT business users to define business requirements, administer project development lifecycle environments, provide technical and client support, and contribute expertise in the design and testing phases. The Computer System Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring efficient system operations and client satisfaction. All other duties as assigned. Business Requirements/Financial Analysis Work closely with IT business users to define business requirements. Assist in determining operational objectives by studying existing business functions and processes. Develop requirements for financial reconciliation and analyze output to be shared with financial operation team. Environment Administration Administer all project development lifecycle environments. Identify current problems, suggest improvements, and design modifications based on expected efficiency improvements. Technical/Client Support Act as the primary facilitator between the financial analyst, client and external third parties. Ensure clients are informed and current on issues, business practices, and legislative changes. Document and forward collected information for ongoing requirements. Subject Matter Expertise Provide expertise to assist developers and testers during the technical design, implementation, and testing phases in relation to Finance Module. Conduct business process analysis and transfer knowledge to application/database developers and project managers. Production Environment Monitoring Monitor production environments for anomalies. Monitor daily reconciliation queries and processes for financial variances Provide feedback and direction on problem areas. Ensure ongoing process/system capability meets or exceeds project design expectations. SQL Query Writing and Execution Write and run SQL queries to validate test case output. Write and run SQL queries for financial reconciliation investigations and support for financial operations Test Case Translation and Execution Assist in translating requirements into test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Maintain traceability of test cases and expected results. SME for QA of all release items related to financial posting in the system Manual Testing and Functional Testing Develop formal test plans/scripts. Collaborate with the development team on integration test plans and acceptance test plans for clients. Execute various stages of manual testing and functional testing. Analysis, Review, and Design. Perform analysis, review, and functional/technical design of system features. Create workflow charts, process diagrams, test cases/plans, and business requirements. Educate clients in the tolling arena and provide system training on an as-needed basis. QUALIFICATIONS: In-depth knowledge of business processes, system capabilities, and project development lifecycles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL and experience with manual testing and functional testing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between clients and external third parties. Knowledge of Financial ERP systems, and system reconciliation of financial data EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Computer System Analyst or in a similar role. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional - CBAP) are a plus. Experience with financial, accounting, or related ERP software.
