Position: Talent Acquisition Manager Reports To: Director of Human Resources Classification: Salaried Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Manager is part of a team that develops and executes methods of identifying, sourcing, assessing and attracting top talent for the organization. This position performs full cycle recruitment and has the ability to make a significant contribution to the business. The role facilitates proactive consultation and support for the integrated Talent Management model in the specialized area of recruitment. This position will be responsible for collaborating with and serving as a resource for all Crews entities and will work closely with internal clients promoting open channels of communication and responsiveness to the organization’s strategic recruitment needs. Responsibilities: • Manage full life cycle of recruiting process from specification through the employment offer. Daily duties include: posting advertisements, sourcing, interviewing, screening and presenting potential candidates to hiring managers; following up with candidates and hiring managers; salary negotiations; employment and reference checking; and various other recruiting activities. • Manage and / or promote best-practice recruiting methods. • Coordinate all recruitment job fairs. • Conduct thorough recruitment needs assessments with hiring managers while managing a high volume of open requisitions at any given time. • Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience. • Proactively develop and maintain candidate slates for current and future positions including backfilling for work injury, personal and medical Leave of Absences. • Influence industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes. • Evaluate and identify areas within the current sourcing model to achieve efficiency and productivity. • Enter applicants into in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintains accurate documentation of all applicant activities, enters all selected candidate information into the Personnel Data System. • With the direction of the HR Manager, The TA Manager is responsible for creating and sending offer letters to potential candidates • Maintains regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure proper applicant flow and timely follow-up • Perform other duties as assigned to assist the HR Department as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field is required. • Minimum 8 years recruiting experience. • Prior management experience with the ability to lead a team of recruiters. • Experience in leveraging social media tools, such as LinkedIn, as a candidate identification and development tools is preferred. • Excellent knowledge of the internet, search engines, networking sites, job boards and industry associations/niche web sites. • Ability to assess talent and make recommendations to internal business clients. • Understanding of overall business strategies and implications of HR policies, decisions and program implementation. • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills is essential. • Proven, effective interpersonal skills, able to present information, influence decisions and work with individuals at all levels of the organization. • Ability to produce results with project management skills. Demonstrated attention to detail. • Excellent computer skills required including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems. • Prior experience working with a staffing agency or search firm is ideal. • Experience working with diversity and inclusion initiatives. • Have the experience to qualify candidates by interviewing and presenting candidates to hiring managers according to laws. Knowledge of and ability to leverage Crews policies in the recruitment process. • Ability to work under pressure and successfully meet deadlines. • Must be self-directed and have the ability to effectively manage shifting and multiple priorities in a fast paced, growth environment. • Very strong personal standards of ethics and integrity.
