Ecommerce Manager needed for apparel company in LA The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for building the brand, telling our story online and revenues for the company's website. A successful candidate will be the ultimate intrapreneur/a manager within a company who promotes innovative product development and marketing with a proven track record of success in e-commerce and the drive and talent to take themselves and our internal e-commerce team to the next level. Responsibilities • Own our clients’ digital apparel shopping and purchase experience from start to finish. • Grow our e-commerce business in a profitable manner, drive sales. • The candidate will work with the marketing team and external agencies to drive consumers from social and digital affiliate platforms to the company’s web site via creative promotional posts, paid media, and other means that increase traffic and brand awareness. • Develop seasonal campaigns in coordination with our mobile efforts and ensure they are properly aligned. • The candidate will work closely with our product team to understand the brands vision and inspiration for each product drop • Develop short term and long-term strategies to grow the business • The candidate will work closely with the warehouse and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of all orders, while managing quarterly inventory. • Inspire, manage and lead the e-commerce team to ensure that it functions as a team with one mission; satisfy our customers. • Work with our digital partners to develop a best-in-class online experience that will lead increased sales and customer satisfaction. • Work with our internal teams to ensure that we have the appropriate assets to properly present our product online and in our catalog. • Work closely in managing our budgets for promotional placement of ads through Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Carefully analyze our spends to ensure that we are maximizing the budget to drive traffic to our site. • Maintain a marketing calendar that will be coordinated with all other marketing that tracks historical sales as well as our current plans. Requirements • MUST have CURRENT 3-5 years of e-commerce management in women’s apparel and live in LA now • Expertise in direct-to-consumer digital marketing and e-commerce. • Experience creating, executing, and evaluating online marketing campaigns including email, paid search, and search engine optimization. • An understanding and personal drive to research upcoming new technologies that will enhance our business. • The ability to work in a fast-paced growth-oriented company in conjunction with our digital marketing team to support their efforts in social media. • Ability to analyze the business and act/strategize based on results. • The candidate will be skilled in using Shopify, Google Analytics, and Excel. • Work with our buying team to ensure that e-commerce teams’ point of view is expressed in our assortments. • Report performance to management weekly, monthly, seasonally and on annual basis.
