Today, FRAME is sold through its own retail stores and e-commerce as well as through leading department stores and boutiques across the world Job Summary: The Denim Product Development Associate will play a key role in supporting the development process from concept to production. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various aspects of product development, including vendor communication, fabric and trim tracking, and sample management. You will collaborate closely with the design team, fabric mills, and vendors to ensure successful product development and timely production handoffs. Key Responsibilities: Support the product development process by creating and distributing development packages. Track incoming packages from overseas vendors and troubleshoot any customs issues. Manage and maintain accurate style and fabric information in Excel and Google Sheets. Monitor, track, and check in samples from the Proto stage through the SMS stage. Facilitate daily communication with vendors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Collaborate with design and fabric mills on color palette creation, distribution, and color approvals. Assist in organizing production handover binders, SMS swatches, and trims. Maintain an organized product development area, ensuring proper handling of submits, fabrics, trims, and garments. Process and issue purchase orders in Full Circle ERP system. Commute between Culver City, Commerce, and local vendors to transport samples as needed. Professional Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or a related field preferred. Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and project prioritization skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization. Experience working with Full Circle ERP is a plus. Flexibility to work between Culver City and Commerce offices, with the ability to commute locally when necessary. MUST BE IN OFFICE 4 DAYS A WEEK
