In this strategically significant role, you will drive revenue and sales growth while managing expenses and achieving financial objectives. You will oversee operations across various hospital departments (excluding nursing) and play a crucial role in facility and program planning, budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership will extend to enhancing physician relations and recruitment, and fostering a workplace culture that supports employee recruitment and retention. To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, with a Master’s in healthcare administration or an MBA focused on healthcare preferred. Applicants should have at least 4 years of recent hospital management experience in an acute care setting, along with proficiency in physician relations or recruitment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the capability to build strong working relationships. A solid understanding of management principles, human resource management, and hospital economics is essential. You will also participate in organization-wide performance improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic planning for new services that enhance the hospital's growth and profitability.
