Salary Range: $95,000-105,000 We're looking for a Commercial Operations Lead to join our team in New York as part of our Operations function. Role overview: As Commercial Operations Lead you will join the wider Money20/20 Operations Team and will be responsible for the operational delivery of the commercial contracts at Money20/20 USA. One of the key focuses for you is to lead the commercial operations team both pre-show and onsite. You will be responsible for the strategic oversight of the inventory and the expo. Your role will be an equitable mix of operational delivery and strategic planning. You will also support the Commercial Operations Lead for other Money20/20 products. The role will require travel to the Money20/20 shows. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain processes and ways of working to ensure efficient and effective delivery of all Money20/20 USA sponsorships Manage the commercial inventory ensuring the inventory matches budget requirements, provides the growth required and is kept up to date with the wider commercial team Manage the commercial operations budget, and provide weekly updates to the finance team Work closely with internal departments, particularly, but not limited to, the sales team, product team, marketing team and content team to manage the delivery of commercial contracts at the show Work closely with the sales and event operations teams to assist with designing, overseeing and managing the show floor throughout the show cycle Main point of contact for the sales team throughout the show cycle and onsite Manage the delivery of sponsored features and activations from the RFP tender process through to onsite build Line management of the USA Commercial Operations team Develop good on-going relationships with sponsors Support the global Commercial Operations Leads on other Money20/20 shows and products in the run up and on site. Your Experience Proven large-scale event experience, essential Strong planning, prioritization and implementation skills with focus on detail Able to think creatively and come up with bespoke ideas Negotiation and financial/budget management skills Ability to work in a high-performing, fast paced environment Works well within a team Self-motivated, accountable and sets own goals Good communications skills and great customer service Patient, calm and composed under pressure Availability to work in our NYC office As this role supports across shows across the different time zones, alternative work hours will be required, as necessary This role is essential to the onsite delivery so it is necessary that the successful applicant is able to travel, including but not limited to Singapore, Thailand, The Netherlands, United Kingdom and United States of America.
