Position: Salesforce Administrator Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. This role will collaborate with various departments to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes. Key Responsibilities • Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Manage the setup, configuration, and customization of Salesforce applications, including user roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and reports. • System Maintenance: Perform regular system audits, prepare for upgrades, and ensure data integrity through the implementation of best practices and data management protocols. • Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce features. • End-User Engagement: Work with both staff and advisor users to configure custom experiences, layouts and workflows that are both scalable and solve for the unique challenges of each user group. • Process Improvement: Work with stakeholders to streamline and optimize business processes within Salesforce to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desired; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, data management, and reporting tools. Experience with Apex and Visualforce is desirable. • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide user support. • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
