The role: As a Product Manager, you will lead the development of the Endless Commerce SaaS platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing. You'll play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, defining requirements, and ensuring that the platform delivers maximum value to our customers. You will be responsible for driving product innovation, improving user experiences, and aligning the development efforts with business goals. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility. Gather requirements and define product specifications, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Lead cross-functional teams through all stages of the product life cycle, from planning to launch and post-launch optimization. Conduct user research, gather customer insights, and analyze data to inform product decisions. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders. Track and report on key metrics to assess the success of product initiatives. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery of features. Requirements: 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira or Asana. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams. Experience in leading product discovery processes and defining MVPs. Nice-to-haves: Technical background or experience working closely with software development teams. Knowledge of e-commerce workflows, including order management and fulfillment. Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
