Job Summary The Investor Relations Coordinator will work directly with the Vice President of Communications and Investor Relations to help manage communications between Harrow and the investment community, potential investors, shareholders, company employees, and vendors. This will include drafting, editing and issuing press releases, organizing investor roadshows and conferences, preparing and distributing financial reports and presentations, and organizing investor events. The IR Coordinator will schedule meetings and calls with potential investors, analysts, and shareholders, facilitating effective communication and relationship-building. Their responsibilities also include maintaining investor databases and supporting the execution of investor relations strategies to enhance shareholder confidence and engagement. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills and is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. C ore Responsibilities Work with VP of Communications & Investor Relations to execute IR strategic plan. Assist in drafting, editing and issuing press releases, in compliance with regulatory guidelines, and distributing to media, investors, and related parties. Manage logistics for quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, roadshows, and investor conferences and events. Maintain investor databases and ensure data integrity for investor relations activities. Assist in conducting financial analysis and benchmarking against industry peers. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and legal, to support investor relations initiatives. Prepare materials for annual general meetings and other shareholder events. Work with Transfer Agent on stock-related activities. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities affecting investor relations. Support the IR team in special projects, such as investor targeting and investor perception studies. Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with investors and internal stakeholders. Possesses financial acumen with an understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators. Exhibits knowledge of investor relations principles, practices, and regulatory requirements. Pays attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reports and investor communications. Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Utilizes analytical skills to conduct financial analysis and interpret market data. Applies problem-solving abilities to address investor inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Proficient in using IR software, financial databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve investor relations objective. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree and/or relevant industry experience required. 5 years of administrative or support experience in investor relations, finance, or communications. Familiarity with press release distribution platforms (Business Wire, GlobeNewswire, PR Newswire) preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage a heavy workload and aggressive timelines in a timely manner, prioritize and work under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to demonstrate initiative and simultaneously achieve multiple tasks. Uncompromising ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment and the highest level of discretion; knowledge of SEC and disclosure requirements preferred.
