Must reside in or near Denver, CO Our Client Success Managers are dedicated to ensuring we are growing business with our clients while exceeding their delivery expectations. You will be responsible for building a sales pipeline for growth from your own efforts and working closely with partners such as Microsoft. You will drive incremental revenue by developing new business with both current and new clients. You will manage the overall relationship and communication with key clients and have full command of their business model, application landscape and how Lunavi solutions deliver value. Working closely with the Lunavi Delivery team, you will manage and execute the entire end-to-end selling process including lead inquiry, opportunity qualification, project scope definition, effort estimation, proposal development, SOW creation, contract negotiation and closing. You will interact with new and current client sponsors, gain referrals from them, forming strong trusted relationships that open doors for further business. You will maintain an extensive knowledge of current market conditions, contending offerings and current penetration of Lunavi services. Description Client Success Manager (CSM): Grow new client business by prospecting, both direct and with Lunavi's partner ecosystem. Own and manage a portfolio of clients to ensure success, meet growth and retention targets. Work to develop long-term "trusted" relationships with a range of roles, including client sponsors and stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of client's business goals, objectives, and pain points; relate it to our services and solutions. Participate in client strategy and planning sessions to provide insight to Lunavi teams. Grow relationships across appropriate departments within the client's organization. Develop Microsoft relationships inc. relevant account, technical and industry teams. Set expectations with our Delivery Teams to ensure client needs are exceeded. Gain commitment for case studies based upon the successes we have with our clients. Continuously ensure clients are aware of how we can help them, using our strategic offerings Stay current with both key technologies and Lunavi service offerings. Identify and resolve Lunavi POC, client level concerns and issues. Support account-based marketing activities and events across the portfolio Manage resourcing forecast consistency and process. Measure and manage Client satisfaction (via surveys, feedback) Requirements Consultative sales experience building proposals for custom software solutions, data analytics projects, or cloud engagements. Solid understanding of enterprise solutions and Microsoft technologies. Mastery of enterprise sales prospecting and qualification methodologies. Desire to be client-facing and engaged in both business development and account management activities. Demonstrated experience building relationships with client decision makers and sponsors. Proven successful history in growing and delivering multi-million-dollar engagements. Confidently navigates through challenging client delivery or business development engagements. Position will require occasional travel to client and partner sites.
