These are Phoenix area Inside Sales roles located in our Tempe, Az, location. Crexendo, Inc. is a Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) provider specializing in Cloud-Based Hosted Telecom Solutions targeted to small to medium-sized companies. Our customers take advantage of being more productive as well as achieving cost savings through Cloud Communications. We provide efficiency, reliability, and ROI for our clientele. This position is responsible for outbound and inbound prospecting, along with customer qualifications for potential Crexendo clients. This position requires a very dedicated prospecting routine and an understanding of business solution selling, we need you to get the leads and qualify the customer, and our professional sales team will do the rest. The candidates considered for this position must be able to find prospective customers for Crexendo services through telemarketing proactively. Compensation for this position has a salary plus commission with earning potential of $75K to $125K on a full-time basis. Responsibilities: Daily activities include the following: Conduct 75 - 150 outbound sales contacts per day to small and medium-sized businesses offering Crexendo products and proactively find prospective customers for Crexendo services through telemarketing. Inbound support for our outbound demand generation programs and customer qualification prior to turning a lead over to our professional sales team Identify clients’ needs and improve our opportunity to convert prospects into customers CRM Reporting thru zoho.com this list is non-exhaustive and should be taken as an example of duties for which a successful candidate may be responsible. Qualifications the perfect role for recent graduates Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. Committed to prospecting, cold calling, and closing sales Ability to engage clients as you build relationships quickly and effectively Organized, independent, resourceful, and diligent in maintaining CRM data Prior CRM experience preferred Excellent verbal communication skills Additional Qualifications Must be able to demonstrate the ability to present content dynamically and quickly gain trust with potential customers Good working knowledge of computers, including; CRM for account management, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook).
