Job Summary: As a Sales Representative at GDS Group, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs, present our products and services, and close deals. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads by Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email and social media outreach, and referrals. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities. Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients. Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address those needs effectively. Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed individual and team targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-sale. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Maintain in-depth knowledge of GDS products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Track and report on sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals. Maintain accurate records in CRM software and provide regular updates to management. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role including prospecting and lead generation Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses and uncapped commissions.
