Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, upselling and cross-selling, and fostering positive relationships that align with our goals for client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: You will promptly address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, building strong professional relationships. By understanding customer needs, you'll provide tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty. Order Management: Accurately process and track orders in our system, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery. Keep customers informed about order status and swiftly resolve any discrepancies. Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Implement solutions to recurring concerns and meticulously document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system. Sales Support: Assist with upselling and cross-selling our products and services by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of offerings and promotions. Support the sales team by preparing quotes and processing follow-up requests. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints. Generate reports on key performance metrics like customer satisfaction and order processing times to drive improvements in customer service operations. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in customer service or administrative role. At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, electronic components, PCB, or OEM industries is required. At least 1 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Must have unrestricted permanent right to work in the United States. Additional Information Employment Type: Full-time position. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm CST Location: This is an on-site role based in Houston, Texas. Travel Requirements: No travel is required for this position. Physical Requirements: This role primarily involves desk work with no specific physical demands.
