Job Requirements Minimum Experience: 2 years in specialty area. Experience in Critical Access Hospital is beneficial. Ability to circulate and/or scrub. Must be a hard worker, resilient, manages change well, social, willing to assist/train less experienced nurses, assertive and confident in skills. Schedule Information Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 hours Shift Requirements: 8-12hr Variable Shifts; start times range from 0630-0730 Weekend/Holiday: Weekend Call - every 3-4 weeks, Rotating holidays On Call/Call Back Requirements: 1 week of call every 3-4 weeks; 30-min response time Unit Specific Information Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:2 typically for procedures; variable during afternoon clinic Looking for socially adept candidates who are hardworking, manage change well, and are team players.
