Staff choice for Med/Surg Additional Details Float Requirements: Must be able to float between MS and OB Average Daily Census: Med/Surg 8 - 10, OB – average 85 – 90 deliveries per year Nurse to Patient Ratio: OB – up to 1:3, Med/Surg – up to 1:5 CNAs work both shifts Will try to accommodate Blocked Scheduling
