Job Description The Sales Activation team within Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) unit creates, delivers, and champions initiatives that directly and significantly impact sales performance and scorecard goals. The function combines the competencies of sales strategy, program delivery, performance management, program management, enablement, and propensity relevance to drive business results. The Manager of Sales Activation is responsible for the development and delivery of deployable, repeatable, and scalable sales plays and programs to grow global sales bookings and revenue at an accelerated pace. Additionally, they are responsible for designing and developing compelling and relevant content aligned to our strategic sales programs and prioritized product roadmap. The Manager reports to the Senior Director of Sales Activation and will work to develop a deep understanding of the disparate populations of sellers and client audiences, and will partner with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and enablement to ensure they have access to the most compelling content to help them sell more efficiently and effectively. They will work in close collaboration with partners across various functions including, Regional Go to Market, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, Business Intelligence and Product, to drive sales performance aligned with Global and Regional priorities. The individual will play a critical role in helping to create strong connective tissue between regional and global teams through managing the development and delivery of sales programs and scalable best practices, tools and resources. Success in this position will result in the wholesale enablement of our teams with access to world class materials. Our sales teams will be bursting with gratitude as this individual will drastically decrease their non-selling time and make it unanimously easier to sell our solutions Our team is seeking an individual who actively embodies Visa’s leadership principles in being an empathetic leader, acting decisively, obsessing about clients, and leading by example. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications: Qualifications Basic Qualifications •5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications •6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD •Proven experience (2 years) creating content, preferably for a highly matrixed, world-class sales organization •Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePoint Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 106,700.00 to 154,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
