Human Resources Business Partner A CRG client in the Triad area is searching for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team They are leading international manufacturer and supplier of furniture fittings and architectural hardware, serving both residential and commercial markets. The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a human resources liaison to employees and managers regarding employment related matters, as well as administering the Leave of Absence management protocols. This serves as an advisory and conciliary role with tactical reporting responsibilities and daily administrative tasks associated with HR. Opportunity: Contract-to-Hire Pay: $38-40/hour (Conversion salary of $85,000 4% bonus) Location: High Point, NC - 100% on site Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Responsibilities: Address questions and resolve issues related to workplace policies, practices, and legal matters, fostering a positive environment across all locations, including for remote staff. Provide ongoing coaching and proactive support to leaders, identifying necessary training through both internal and external resources. Lead workplace investigations into allegations of wrongdoing, ensuring a fair process and offering resolutions. Manage the separation process, conducting exit interviews and sharing insights that contribute to leadership decisions. Develop and implement strategies to reduce staff turnover and enhance team cohesion. Attend and contribute to management meetings, delivering HR solutions tailored to specific needs, and partner with managers to ensure policies and practices are consistently applied. Prepare and deliver regular HR reports for leadership to foster informed decision-making. Emphasize continuous improvement and follow standard operating procedures to ensure accurate recordkeeping. Embrace additional duties and projects, playing a key role in the ongoing success and development of the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field required 5 years of experience, with a focus on employee relations required Working knowledge MS Office, ATS, and HRIS systems required Experience with UKG or UltiPro a plus PHR or SPHR Certifications a plus Category Code: JN007
