An anesthesiologist working with up to 4 CRNAs; Collegial atmosphere; Great department morale Cases w a emphasis on spine , bariatric and ortho.EMR: Epic Support Staff: MD for support on each day, but CRNA is practicing independently Credentialing Time frame: 60 days (completed application needs to be returned to facility 48 hours after receipt) Credentialing with other Facilities? Yes Travel Preferences: Preferred Lodging - Preferred hotels; Air Travel - Local, preferred but not required Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? No Requirements : Active Unrestricted NE License Highly Preferred or IMLC Certifications Required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Board Certification – Board Certified, Board Eligible Availability at time of name clear – Required Minimum Education: M.D., D.O.
