Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/16/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel TRAVEL ONLY NO LOCALS D/N Rotate Shift. Travel experience required. AHA: BLS, ACLS & NIHSS required. 2 years of ICU experience required. EPIC experience preferred. Acute PE, sepsis, COVID, hypothermia, hyponatremia, subdural hematoma, COPD, Hypertension. ECMO, LVAD, Impella, CRRT, IABP, IO, Intubation/LMA, Arterial Blood gases, Blood product administration, Rapid Infusion, Chest Tubes, Thoracotomy procedures, Biphasic Defibrillators, NGT/OGT/Lavage, Restraints, G-Tube/PEG Tube, feedings and meds, Art lines, Central Lines. Floating is expected. Expected to work every other weekend. Expected to work every other holiday. Facility can call off up to 3 shifts for 13-week contract and 2 shifts less than 13-week contract.
