Tact Staff is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Endoscopy Discipline: RN Start Date: 12/16/2024 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel 2- Eight hour shifts and 2- Ten hour shifts, both starting at 0630 Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: ERCP - experience required, ERCP with Spy Glass, Bronchoscopy, EBUS Procedures, Colonoscopy, Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) Ratio / Census: 1:2; 3 rooms, 11 beds with average daily census of 20 Unit Systems: Pyxis, Epic Scrub Color: Royal Blue RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: 2-3 weekends per contract Floating: None Call Requirements: 1-2 shift per week and at least 1 weekend every month Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: New Year’s Eve and Day: Sunday, December 31 & Monday, January 1 Memorial Day: Monday, May 27 Independence Day: Thursday, July 4 Labor Day: Monday, September 2 Thanksgiving/Black Friday: Thursday, November 28 & Friday November 29 Christmas Eve and Day: Sunday, December 24 & Monday, December 25 Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. Pre-Screen Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision.
