Account Executive

Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Sales, Risk Management, or similar preferred) Job Description: The Account Executive supports the Broker team by executing trades, managing accounts, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They collaborate with internal teams, stay informed about market trends, and provide strategic insights regarding clients. Additionally, they assist with new business and renewal submissions, review policy documents and invoices, and handle other client service activities. Compensation: $55,000-$70,000/year Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
