As we expand into the Miami area, we’re seeking a dynamic and personable Outside Sales Representative to introduce local businesses to our delivery service. Position Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative at Tiny Mile, you’ll play a key role in growing our merchant base in Miami. You’ll approach local merchants, educate them on the benefits of our robot delivery program, and convert them into partners. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative team, working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach merchants across Miami, introducing them to Tiny Mile’s robot delivery services. Present and communicate the benefits of Tiny Mile, addressing merchant questions and establishing yourself as a trusted subject matter expert. Drive new business acquisition by building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients. Leverage understanding of delivery platforms like Uber, DoorDash, and Grubhub to position Tiny Mile as a superior solution. Adapt to the changing dynamics of the market, responding efficiently to challenges and shifting priorities. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions in a CRM and report feedback to the internal team. Collaborate with other team members, sharing insights and contributing to a positive team culture. Requirements: Experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in generating new business. Proficient in using CRM programs, specifically Salesforce or HubSpot. Comfortable working within a startup environment, embracing adaptability and agility. Familiar with Slack for communication and collaboration within the team. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, driven approach. Ability to work independently while being an effective team player. Fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively serve Miami’s diverse merchant base. Familiarity with third-party delivery platforms (Uber, DoorDash, Grubhub) and how they operate. Nice-to-Have Skills: Previous experience or familiarity with the restaurant or foodservice industry. An interest in robotics and a passion for innovative technology solutions. Why Join Tiny Mile?
