This training program is designed for those eager to expand their expertise across multiple communities while learning directly from experienced regional leaders. Location : Southern California (LA, IE, OC areas) Salary : $80,000 - $100,000/year (based on experience) Job Type : Full-Time Role Summary As a Regional Manager in Training, you’ll gain hands-on experience in multi-property management, financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and team leadership. This role is ideal for Property Managers looking to enhance their impact and advance into regional responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Operations Management : Support daily operations across multiple properties, including leasing, maintenance oversight, and ensuring high standards across all locations. Property Tours & Tenant Relations : Conduct regular property tours to monitor conditions, engage with tenants, address concerns, and ensure tenant satisfaction and retention. Team Collaboration : Work with on-site Property Managers to achieve operational goals and foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture. Financial Oversight : Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and strategic planning to maximize profitability. Tenant & Lease Management : Support leasing processes, facilitate occupancy strategies, and manage lease negotiations to maintain high occupancy levels. Compliance & Inspections : Conduct property inspections alongside senior managers to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. What We’re Looking For Experience : 5 years of Property Management experience with a solid background in tenant relations, leasing, and property operations. Growth Mindset : Self-motivated individual eager to advance into a Regional Manager role and broaden their impact across properties. Skills : Bilingual (Spanish), proficiency in Yardi and Rent Café, strong communication, and organizational abilities. Availability : Weekends and extended hours as needed. Why Join Us?
