Our ideal candidate has experience editing short and long form content in the YouTube and social media space and has worked with other large and growing creators in the industry. This is a chance to play an important role in a growing YouTube business We are looking for candidates located in the Austin area who are willing to come into the office in North Austin. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities Edit short form content for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Analyzing KPIs to determine strategic video decisions. Understanding the YouTube algorithm for strategic decision making. Collaborating with the team to create and understand our video strategy. Providing direction and input on YouTube content strategies. Filling in to edit long form content and set up lighting and sound. Qualifications 3 Years of experience with Premier Pro. 3 Years of After Effects experience. Experience with sound editing. Experience creating YouTube shorts, TikToks and reels. Experience working with large YouTube creators. Familiarity with the sony video ecosystem. Must be in Austin and willing to come into the office. Must have a positive attitude and be okay working in a fast paced environment. Must be flexible. Must be able to quickly learn new computer systems. Understanding of the YouTube algorithm. Preferred Qualifications An interest in personal finance, finance related topics, as well as self help and business. Familiarity with Financial Audit and Financial Audit clips.
