About this position: We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing the online presence of our brands and engaging our target audience across multiple platforms. This role combines creativity, strategy, and data-driven analysis to amplify Sales Gravy’s impact. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll create compelling digital content, strategize impactful campaigns, and measure performance across our social media platforms. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll drive engagement, promote our products, and foster brand loyalty. In this position, you will: Develop and curate engaging, visually appealing content (text, images, videos, and graphics) for campaigns and social media platforms. Support digital marketing strategies to drive demand, enhance sales, attract website traffic, and expand our online presence. Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to refine strategies. Conduct research and SEO analysis to optimize website and social media visibility. Represent our products and brand to diverse audiences. Implement lead-generation strategies to attract new prospects. Provide outstanding customer support via chat, phone, email, and social media for Sales Gravy University users. Additional responsibilities as needed. What you’ll bring: Experience managing social media platforms for brands Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools or software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.) Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools. Self-discipline and flexibility to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills—poised on phone calls, video calls, email, and online chats.
