Marketing Coordinator

Position: Marketing Coordinator Location: Columbia, MD (onsite) Duration: Permanent Salary: $70,000 Bonus Structure: 8% annual bonus $21,000 new hire equity vested over 5 years Must-haves 2-3 of direct external marketing experience Must come from a corporate background Bachelors Degree in related industry Adobe Creative Suite experience (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) Plusses: Commercial Real Estate experience Day-to-Day Insight Global is seeking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to support a large real estate investment trust. This role will be sitting in their headquarters in Columbia, MD 5 days a week. This role will also be required to travel to brokerage events as needed. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading coordination of hands-on implementation of a variety of programs developed by the Marketing & Creative Service department. This individual will present well thought out plans and recommendations to the department surrounding Brand Experience and Marketing Collateral. They will also coordinate the companies participation in tradeshows and sponsorships, as well as general marketing support including website updates, database management, marketing program execution, and general administration support.
