Marketing Associate - Entry Level

Luma Marketing Group is a privately owned outsourced marketing, sales, and promotions firm based in Loveland. We seek team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with others and maintaining relationships with our prestigious clientele. We promote our client's products and services by actively participating in field marketing and sales programs in retail environments. Marketing Associates will work closely with other team members to support promotional activities and utilize your marketing expertise to help execute brand awareness programs to increase demand and drive sales. This position is full-time and involves responsibilities in: Set up and execute in-store marketing campaigns Generate new sales Quickly apply sales and marketing techniques to promote client information Strong people skills to professionally promote our client's brands Maintain current relationships with clients by reaching sales goals Comfortable working hands-on to set up Benefits & Our Culture: The marketing team offers an environment where our employee's ideas are heard and implemented.
