Why you’ll love this role: We are excited to invite a driven and passionate Influencer Marketing Manager to join the Brand Marketing team and work directly on influencer partnerships to scale the brand’s influencer activity and awareness. This position is responsible for managing relationships with influencers, developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, and ensuring alignment between brand objectives and influencer content. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze campaign performance to optimize results. The Influencer Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, exceptional communication, relationship-building abilities, and a keen attention to detail. If you are passionate about what we do and eager to contribute to our cause, we would love to hear from you What your day will look like: Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Identify potential influencer partners based on the brand’s target audience, values, and campaign goals Execute all paid partnerships - manage communication with influencers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the collaboration process from start to finish. Manage VIP relationships and milestone events Oversee weekly internal sendout program, strategize monthly gifting themes to align with brand goals Strategize and scale internal micro-influencer program to grow Rael’s influencer community Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget Collaborate with influencers to ensure their content aligns with brand messaging, voice, and visual identity while allowing influencers to maintain authenticity Track and measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns using KPIs like EMV, engagement, reach, conversion, and ROI Growth hack EMV and influencer plan to achieve EMV growth through strategic activity and programs. Lead agency relationship-building efforts with talent managers Create report decks to assess the impact of influencer partnerships and recommend optimizations for future campaigns Plan and support for all influencer events and activities; run point on event logistics Oversee TikTok Shop Affiliate program and opportunities as well as grow Rael’s TikTok Shop affiliate community through strategic incentives and initiatives Manage Influencer Mailer program from concept to execution, including the timeline, mailer send out lists, shipping and fulfillment plus partner with cross-functional vendors, creative, supply chain, and PR teams as needed Act as the main Tribe/Creator IQ point of contact What will make you stand out: 3-5 years of influencer marketing experience required Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies, Marketing, or PR required Proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns and relationships Strong existing rolodex of influencers and talent manager relationships Solid relationship-building skills and ability to engage influencers authentically Passionate about the influencer marketing industry and knowledgeable on social media trends Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work production Excellent communication skills, collaboration skills, and a solution-oriented problem solver Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple campaigns and projects under pressure A true self-starter; unafraid to ask questions and clarify misunderstandings Ability to go above and beyond your scope of work to assist your team members Proficient in Tribe/Creator IQ Comfortable working in the Google Suite of products: Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Life, 401k, Mental & Physical Health Reimbursements, Employee Discount
