General Production Worker

Job Title: General Production WorkerJob DescriptionThe general production worker will be allocated to either the 'make-up' or 'packaging' lines for croissant production. The role involves various tasks in each area, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production process.Responsibilities Hand curl and twist dough into proper shape for croissants. Place the twisted dough into designated grids on conveyors for further processing. Pull twisted dough off the conveyor and place it on trays for racking. Pick out excess or broken-off dough scraps. Unload baked dough from racks and trays. Feed products onto conveyors for transport to boxing and packaging lines. Pull individual packaged products from conveyors, box them up, and stack them on pallets.Essential Skills Production experience Packaging skills Quality inspectionAdditional Skills & Qualifications No specific certifications or qualifications required. Employees will stand on production lines for eight to ten hours per day and work near moving conveyors and packaging/baking machinery, which can be loud and generate heat. The facility operates under GMP regulations, requiring white clothing to be worn. All necessary PPE will be provided.
