Account Manager

The PositionFuseideas is looking for an Account Manager to manage some of our high profile, diverse client accounts. The ideal candidate would be a motivated self-starter who would be responsible for leading direction across varying channels, including branding, traditional media (print/broadcast), content/social media and web/interactive. The candidate we are looking for is able to efficiently and effectively manage the execution of client work and is responsible for ensuring that all creative work follows our established agency process as well as keeping client satisfaction top of mind.The Account Manager's main function is to oversee and support all client work for their accounts on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidates would have 3- 5 years of experience from an agency setting and excel at keeping things on time, on strategy, and on budget. In this role you will:Oversee your client's book of business, their goals and manage expectationsEfficiently and effectively drive the strategic direction and execution of client work Keeps client satisfaction top of mindResponsible for ensuring that all creative work follows our established agency processEstimate, track, bill, and manage multi-phase project budgets for your clientsIncluded in the development of client and new business presentationsResolve and/or escalate project issues in a timely fashionBe a strategic partner, offering solutions that solve multiple levels of client needsMinimum qualifications:3 years of account management experienceExperience working in client-facing environment Experience estimating, tracking, and managing budgetsExceptional time management, proofreading and organizational skillsAble to resolve and/or escalates project issues in a timely fashionAble to think strategically, offering solutions that solve multiple levels of client needsTravel to client locations as needed (approx. 5% annually)
