Our growing company is searching for a Sales Assistant under our components department who can offer reliable support to the Sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The sales assistant will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers and ensuring that all orders/return documents are completed. Responsibilities Provide support to Sales and Management Respond to customer inquiries via phone & email in a timely manner Completing all sales & returns documents Provide various reports to customers on weekly basis Assist in setting up new customer accounts Communicate closely with customers and internal department Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Basic knowledge of computer components 1-year related work experience a plus Attention to detail and skilled in data entry Good attitude toward self-development and professionalism Good Outlook, Word, Excel skills Minimum high school education Must be authorized to work in the United States About Us Gigabyte is an international manufacturer and distributor of computer hardware products including motherboards, graphic cards, laptops, PC desktops, and more.
