Certification Details BLS Job Details Pulmonary Registered Respiratory Therapist- with PFT experience 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS Please only submit candidates that area aware of their submission to our facility. Time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after acceptance date will not be approved. 2 years experience current required, provides cardiopulmonary diagnostic and respiratory therapeutic support for patients in the Hospital and/or outpatients that require cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing, respiratory treatment, and/or ventilatory support, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment. EMR: EPIC experience preferred. Job Requirements Must have an active NM or compact license. 2 years of current experience required in a relevant setting. Must have completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. Schedule Information 12-hour shifts. On call, weekends, holidays, and float as needed. May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts. Additional Details NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024) Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position. Travelers are first to float, and state tax is passed through to agency.
