The MAP (Modernize Analytics Platform) Team has an exciting opportunity to modernize analytics for Intuit analysts with an emphasis on building an AI-powered workforce with clear improvements across our 9 step Unified Modern Analysis Paved Path. (Define Requirements, Find Data, Gather Data, Prepare Data, Run BI Analytics, Run Experiments, Advanced Analytics with DS, Share and Deploy, Maintain Insights). We are seeking a seasoned BI expert who is an AI-driven individual with excellent AI and analytical skills, demonstrated leadership in their role, and a passion for delivering AI-driven tools and insights. This role will focus on building up the Self Service opportunities in the company by transforming analytics with AI. The role will partner closely with Business Stakeholders to analyze current pain points and use cases in order to improve the analytic experience. This role is expected to understand the business and draw from that knowledge to produce high impacting customer benefits to help multiple organizations leverage AI solutions to increase velocity and reduce overhead. What you'll bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field or equivalent work experience. 5 years of hands on experience working with visualization tools, data and analytics Highly proficient in SQL, Data Visualization and AI software and advanced hands on skills in AWS QuickSight (QlikSense, Tableau, LookerPro are nice to haves) Excellent problem-solving and logic skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines Outstanding, crisp communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues and strong stakeholder management ability are MUST-HAVEs Proactive and inquisitive learner who seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills Ability to adapt and flex given changing environments and priorities How you will lead Partner with Business Stakeholders and other analytics teams to identify and address problem areas and automate non value-added tasks Drive automation of BI analytics tasks using world class AI-powered solutions to answer first order questions, increasing the ability to self-serve Create, document and demonstrate high impact self service paved paths and opportunities. Ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, effective, and meet expectations for a variety of stakeholder Evaluate existing capabilities and best in class solutions with existing and new BI/AI tools. Provide Intuit data users with comprehensive learning experiences that will equip them with the skills and knowledge to use our paved paths for data discovery, analysis and decision making Support top tier executive BI reporting, setting an example at Intuit of the highest standards and practices Team Player possessing strong analytical, problem solving, communication skills and be willing to share expertise with others End to end evaluations and solutioning – design, development, testing, deployment and adoption EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
