A Day in the Life - Learn about the experience directly from a Registered Nurse As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process. Traveler will be required to float between Iowa Methodist Medical Center & Iowa Lutheran Hospital. Unit sizes: ILH 12 BEDS, IMMC 23 BEDS (ILH has capped beds currently). Job Requirements ideal candidate has Acute Rehab and/or Med Surg background in hospital setting MUST be able to handle a variety of patients independently (neuro, ortho, trauma, oncology, etc) at least 1 recent travel contract completed Work history/resume required Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) License verification necessary Schedule Information OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x NBO: 8 hrs Unit Specific Information Acute Rehab patient population can be: spinal cord injury, brain injury, oncology, limb loss, trauma/ortho, general debilitation. Additional Details Client prefers that Clinicians do not take more than 7 days off in a 13 week contract.
