Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Job Details 9SPCU, 13 weeks, 3x12 hour days, 7a-7p, 24-bed Telemetry PCU, Specializes in the care of Hospitalist Medicine patients with a focus on renal and a variety of other medical diagnoses, Serves as an alternative unit for GI, Pulmonary, and other surgical/procedural patients being covered by Hospitalists, BLS and ACLS required, Currently 1:5 ratios for PCU (goal is 1:4), All travelers are expected to float as needed within acuity, Travelers must work two out of the three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year). Please ensure traveler's RTO does not cover more than one of these holidays Job Requirements Pre-Start Education Modules required for inpatient RN candidates only, On the Monday prior to start date, inpatient RN travelers will receive an email with instructions to complete the pre-start education, these modules will take up to 7.5 hours to complete, Modules will need to be completed by 12PM EST on the Friday before start Schedule Information 13 weeks, 3x12 hour days, 7a-7p, Travelers must work two out of the three major winter holidays (Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Year)
