Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an ctive Directory Engineer for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Banking clients in uburn Hills, MI or Frisco, TX. Hybrid schedule 2x weekly onsite Responsibilities : Implement, configure, and maintain the identity and access management platform within the organization. Enable seamless and secure authentication and authorization processes for users accessing various applications and services. Solution Design: Engineers work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design the architecture of the solution. They identify the applications and services that need to be integrated, define user access policies, and plan the deployment strategy. Integration and Configuration: They are responsible for integrating the organization's applications and services, configuring identity providers (IdPs) and service providers (SPs), and establishing trust between them. This includes setting up SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) integrations, configuring multi-factor authentication (MFA), and ensuring secure access to resources. User Provisioning and Lifecycle Management: Engineers define and automate user provisioning processes, ensuring that users are granted the appropriate access to applications and services throughout their lifecycle. They establish rules for user onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access control (RBAC) Security and Compliance: Engineers implement security measures to safeguard user credentials, enforce MFA, and monitor and analyze user access patterns for potential security threats. They work towards ensuring compliance with industry regulations (such as GDPR or HIPAA) and internal security policies. Troubleshooting and Support: They play a crucial role in providing support to end-users, addressing any issues related to authentication, SSO, or access to applications. Engineers diagnose and troubleshoot problems and work collaboratively with other IT teams to resolve them promptly. Stay Up to Date: Engineer stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in identity and access management. Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills are important for working collaboratively with business users, understanding requirements, and translating them into technical solutions. It is also helpful in providing training and support to end-users. Required Skills : 5-6 yrs Experience in SoS engineering development, diagnostic, and troubleshooting 3-4 yrs implementing regulatory and security policies. Strong communication and capable of working across the enterprise. Experience with OKTA is a huge plus SGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
