Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as the Director of Business Development at NGLM's Alpharetta, GA location. The Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading, developing and generating new business leads, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts. This position requires working in the office 5 days per week as well as attending as many as 55 in person networking events per year. 4 networking events will be held in other states throughout the year. Qualifications MUST HAVE an established network among CAI and/or AAA members, property managers in general. New Business Development, Business Planning, and Lead Generation skills Experience with Contract Negotiation and Account Management Strong leadership and management skills, self starter and self motivated individuals only. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the commercial landscaping industry is a plus
