What You’ll Do: Scout for potential roofing and siding replacement opportunities with insurable damage. Canvass around neighborhoods to self-generate and sign new leads. Conduct property inspections and document damages. Present our value to homeowners with confidence and enthusiasm. Generate leads, manage referrals, and maintain strong customer communication. Participate in regular and consistent sales trainings provided by the company. What We’re Looking For: Experience in sales or business development, preferably in home improvement. A strong drive to succeed and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and meeting sales goals.
