Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients, focusing on manufacturing plants. Over 50% of calls will be cold calls. Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations. Present and demonstrate our products, clearly communicating their value and benefits. Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Manage potential and existing customers to explore future opportunities. Follow up with clients to secure written Customer Satisfaction references, such as testimonials or reference letters. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Manage and update CRM system with accurate sales activity and client interaction details. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, achieving monthly and quarterly goals. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to uncover new business opportunities. What We Require: Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Availability to work 20-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm EST. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
