As Frontmatec’s Global Marketing Communications Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies to promote the company's products and services across international markets. The role involves creating compelling content, managing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, overseeing brand messaging, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication across all channels. The manager will also collaborate with regional teams to tailor messaging for diverse markets, drive lead generation, and support sales initiatives, while analyzing market trends and performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis - Conduct competitive market analysis and track industry trends to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign performance. Goal and Objective Setting – Identify and define measurable marketing goals and objectives that support overall business goals. Develop and Execute Global Marketing Strategies - Create and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives across all regions. Campaign Planning and Execution - Plan, manage, and execute global marketing campaigns, coordinating with regional marketing teams to localize content for specific markets. Brand Management - Ensure consistent global brand messaging, positioning, and identity across all marketing materials and channels. Content Creation and Management – Guide and oversee the development of engaging and relevant content, including whitepapers, case studies, videos, and digital assets to support marketing efforts. Digital Marketing Management and Oversight – Develop and manage global digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and website optimization to drive engagement and lead generation. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and customer needs. Event Marketing and Support: Support global trade shows, webinars, and industry events by developing promotional strategies, collateral, and communication plans. Agency and Vendor Management - Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and marketing service providers to execute marketing campaigns and projects efficiently. Budget Management - Develop and manage global marketing communications budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns and activities. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against planned objectives using KPIs and adjust strategies to improve outcomes. Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required. APR certification and/or master’s degree is a plus. 5-10 Years of practical experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B environment with global responsibilities. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to set direction and develop a marketing team. Proven experience in developing and executing global marketing strategies across multiple regions and markets. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to build relationships and trust across the organization. Experience in content creation and management for diverse marketing channels (e.g., digital, print, video). Analytical skills to research, measure and report on marketing performance using KPIs and data-driven insights. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams. Experience with agency and vendor management to ensure the effective execution of marketing activities. Experience with large-scale event planning and management a plus.
