We are seeking a Senior Post-Closing/Delivery Coordinator with 4-6 years of experience reviewing loan documents and preparing delivery packages; Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac multifamily closing experience is preferred. This position affords the opportunity to work closely with Origination teams, Underwriters, Closing Officers, Servicing, Asset Management, and Outside Counsel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain Closing, Delivery & Settlement Pipelines to ensure timely Purchase and Settlement with Investors. Prepare various delivery and settlement documents, including all internal forms and templates. Serve as a point of contact during the delivery process to ensure timely delivery of final packages to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Responsible for all system data delivery requirements to Fannie Mae systems Resolve all Pre-funding/Post-funding issues with Freddie Mac or pre-settlement issues for Fannie Mae Display a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in a deadline-driven environment. Assist as requested by Delivery Manager and Closing Team. Ensure all regulatory due diligence requirements are fulfilled and documented. CORE COMPETENCIES: Highly developed analytical, research, written and oral presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Demonstrated ability to organize & Prioritize projects, complete multiple tasks on schedule Ability to work productively under minimal supervision Strong work ethic/pro-active team player able to work under sometimes stressful conditions QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent is required Familiarity with escrow/real estate terminology and real estate documents Experience in Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac multifamily closing considered a plus Paralegal certification is considered a plus but not a requirement.
